About Footzone Podiatrists

An important relationship exists between the health of our feet and our overall well being but also our quality of life. All of our podiatrists are registered with the Health Professions council, which is a regulatory body ensuring that standards of training, professional skills, behavior and health are met. Our knowledge is kept up to date to enable us to provide you with comprehensive care and treatment. We believe in preventative footcare and we carefully tailor advice to suit your needs.

Meet the team

Fiona Brookes
Fiona is a director of Footzone. She qualified in 1987, becoming a State Registered Podiatrist and worked in Croydon in the NHS for a span of 13 years. She eventually became manager of Croydon's NHS Chiropody department before opting to leave to set up in private practice. Fiona's main speciality is in Biomechanics and Sports Injuries which has developed over the years. As a keen sportsperson herself, she has studied foot and lower limb function which can have a direct effect on the way children and adults walk, run and move. Fiona keeps up to date with research and new ideas by attending courses, and is also very lucky to work alongside osteopaths, thus sharing knowledge.

Morna Elliott
Morna is the Clinical Director of Footzone. She qualified in 1989, and is a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. She initially worked for the NHS in Hammersmith and Croydon, gaining extensive experience in all areas of Podiatry. Morna oversees the day to day running of the practice, making sure that standards of treatment at Footzone are of the highest quality possible. Since 1996 she has worked alongside her sister Fiona Brookes, to establish a well respected and approachable clinic where she is able to treat a large variety of foot conditions, dealing with all age ranges, from children to the elderly. Over the years, Diabetes and nail surgery have become a special interest, and she has furthered her knowledge through courses and reading.

Tracey Clowes-Pritchard
Tracey has been part of the Footzone team since 2006, and works with us in a part time capacity. She qualified in 1988 and is very interested and experienced in all areas of general Chiropody care. She has a special interest in the treatment of verrucae in both adults and children alike. As well as working within both private practice and NHS sectors, from 1996, Tracey also held a teaching post on The Institute of Chiropodists & Podiatrists course, tutoring on practical Chiropody skills and delivering weekly lectures whilst over seeing her own busy clinic.
